I had been suffering from lower back pain for five months before I was referred to James by Prof John Dowell. Prior to my referral I had been treated by many well-meaning professionals who had given me conflicting advice. I was living in constant pain that had completely altered my life, I had given up working and any hope of a social life. Everyday tasks such as bending to reach into cupboards were beyond me, and I felt that I would never have a normal pain free life again. After starting my treatment with James within a few weeks I was 80% better, and I now have my life back. I have resumed work, my studies and going to the gym, and feel able to play an active role in my family as a wife and mother. Thank you so much for all your help James.
